  Looking back on our progress on the Acoustic design of Kidbrooke Village. Services were delivered across multiple phases of the residential development, transforming a former estate into a vibrant new urban neighbourhood. The project encompassed the planning, design and delivery of a diverse range of spaces, creating a balanced environment for residents, businesses and the wider community. The multidisciplinary approach helped deliver a cohesive development that integrates high-quality living with complementary commercial and leisure uses.

  Sol Acoustics led the acoustic design for Build to Rent (BTR) accommodation, residential buildings, commercial spaces and gym fit-outs, ensuring each environment achieved the required acoustic performance while supporting occupant comfort, wellbeing and long-term functionality.
