We threw out traditional corporate constraints, eliminating timesheets and sales targets in favour of a flat structure that champions empowerment, initiative, and continuous investment in the latest equipment for our engineers.

Today, 25 years and thousands of landmark projects later, Sol Acoustics stands as one of the UK’s largest independent practices, and I couldn't be prouder of the team that continues to bring this vision to life."
